One-to-One Staff Counselling

Confidential, BACP-registered counselling available to employees either in person or remotely, delivered in a private, professional setting.

  • Informal, low-barrier drop-in slots
  • Dedicated wellbeing days

This approach normalises mental health support and encourages early engagement, reducing stigma and building psychological safety.

Group Support & Reflective Practice

Professionally facilitated group sessions where teams can pause, process, and reflect together in a safe and structured space. Sessions are shaped to suit your team’s dynamic and can be either clinical or peer-led in tone.

Talk Buddy Wellbeing Activities

We offer a unique range of activity-based wellbeing sessions. These combine gentle physical activity, conversation, and therapeutic support in non-traditional settings, and can be offered one-to-one or in small groups.

  • Light hiking in nearby green spaces
  • Therapeutic fishing or golf-based check-ins

  • Coffee-and-conversation drop-ins in neutral settings

Bespoke (EAP) Employee Assistance Programmes
