Empathetic support built around you.

At Talk Buddy Counselling, we don't believe in one-size fits-all therapy.

Everyone is different - so our support is too.

We offer a range of professional counselling options designed to suit you. Whether through one-to-one sessions, walk and talks, time in nature, or Talk Buddy activities such as light hiking, fishing, or golfing, our goal is simple: we want to make it easier to talk.

One-to-One Sessions

Personalised Professional Support, On Your Terms

We offer confidential one-to-one counselling sessions - either in person or online - desgined around your needs.

Whether you are facing anxiety, low mood, stress, pressure, grief, or life transitions, we are here to help.

Walk and Talk

A structured one-to-one counselling session conducted while walking in a quiet outdoor setting. This format can be a helpful alternative to a traditional room-based session.

Talk Buddy Activities

Therapeutic Conversations Through Shared Experiences

Talk Buddy Activities offer a different way to engage in counselling—one that moves beyond the traditional face-to-face setting.

They are ideal for individuals who feel more comfortable talking while doing something gentle and grounding, or who benefit from a less formal atmosphere.

Sessions can include:

  • Coffee and conversation in a local café
  • Gentle hiking routes or nature walks
  • Fishing
  • Sitting in a local community garden or open green space
  • Golf-based reflective sessions (location-dependent)

Each activity is carefully chosen with the client to create a calm, natural space for therapeutic conversation—without the pressure of a traditional setting.

Men's Mental Health

Supporting the challenges men often face, quietly.

Many men deal with pressure to stay strong, provide for others and keep their emotions in check - often without a space to process what they're feeling.

Our counselling sessions offer a calm, confidential environment to explore challenges like identity, stress, relationships, low mood, anger, self worth, and more.

Group Sessions

Support through shared experience.

Group counselling offers the chance to connect with others facing similar challenges in a safe, structured space. Sessions are led by a qualified counsellor and designed to build trust, reduce isolation and encourage growth through shared experiences and peer support.
